WHO ARE WE REALLY?
Modern Restoration & Remodeling was started by Jacob Mode and David Howard out of a desire to offer a higher service than what is being offered in the community. Their diverse backgrounds molded together to give their talents a great spin. Jacob began as a skilled painter in his company and over the years went on to become a remodeler. David had worked for a national homebuilder, then built and owned his own construction company before becoming partners with Jacob. They combined their talents and skills of 38 plus years to create Modern Restoration & Remodeling. Together they have grown into a larger company that can handle any job.
